You build your memory in the Fabric iOS app. Capture quick notes, fill out short questionnaires about parts of your life (food, work, health, travel, and more), or connect accounts like Gmail, Google Calendar, Apple Health, YouTube, Eventbrite, Receipts, Instagram, LinkedIn, Slack, Discord, and HubSpot to generate memories automatically from data you already have. Once connected, ChatGPT can read, create, and update memories on your behalf.
