Reply.io

Reply.io is a sales engagement platform. In ChatGPT it lets a user run their own Reply workspace in conversation: find sequences and check how they are performing, look up contacts and their activity history, review and answer replies in the shared inbox, work the AI SDR approval queue (see pending drafts, regenerate, approve, or reject them), manage mailboxes, sending schedules and safety limits, and diagnose why a sequence or mailbox is not sending. Every tool acts on the workspace the connected account already has access to, under that account's existing Reply permissions and API scopes.
