GymLog connects ChatGPT to your private strength-training history. Review workout summaries, track exercise progress, browse templates, and create confirmed private templates. With a separate privacy grant in the GymLog iOS app, GymLog can also summarize selected Apple Health and Fitness records. Nutrition and body-composition measurements are queued only after explicit confirmation and must be reviewed and approved again on iPhone before being written to Apple Health. GymLog does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment advice.
