GymLog connects ChatGPT to your private strength-training history. Review workout summaries, track exercise progress, browse templates, and create confirmed private templates. With a separate privacy grant in the GymLog iOS app, GymLog can also summarize selected Apple Health and Fitness records. Nutrition and body-composition measurements are queued only after explicit confirmation and must be reviewed and approved again on iPhone before being written to Apple Health.
